1Do we have to book online?
Yes. We accept only online booking using the booking form or by email using the contact form.
2How to book a taxi?
To book a taxi you need to fill out the booking form in which you can write all the details for your trip and you will receive an email with a confirmation of booking.
3How do I find the driver at the airport?
A licensed driver will wait for you in arrivals zone holding a sing with your name.
4Can you provide car seats for travelling children?
Yes. Car seats for children are free to you when confirming car seat at time of booking.
5What happens if my flight is delayed? Do I get charged extra?
We constantly monitor flight schedules. Provided you have given us accurate flight information, we will monitor your flight and proceed to the airport accordingly. However, even if your flight information is not accurate, we will still wait for you at the airport at no charge (max. 2 hours). But, please make sure you double check your flight information before submitting to avoid us to spend hours at the airport waiting for you. It is your responsibility to notify us of your flight changes, should there be any. Please also make sure you provide a mobile number at booking, that also is accessible in Cyprus. By providing this mobile number, you would help us reach you in case of flight confusions even if you are at the airport.
6Does the price include VAT?
Yes. All the price include VAT.
7Do we have to pay extra for staff like golf bags and baby strollers?
No. But you need to inform us when you filing the booking form by write it in the Notes field.
8What currency are your prices in?
All of our prices are in euro.
9Are your prices per vehicle or per person?
All prices are per vehicle.
10Is there a prohibition of transporting pets?
As long as it is in a box or in a special bag it is not prohibited.
11Can I cancel the transfer which I ordered?
Yes you can but you have to email 24 hours before pickup time.
12There is a refund if I cancel my transfer?
Yes, if you send us an email 24 hours before pickup time. Also there is a possibility that will be a refund fee which is not charged from us but from the payment services provider we use, PayPal, in which will not receive the full payment amount back.
13Are your cars air conditioned?
Yes. All of them are with working air conditioners.
14Shall I inform you if I am with more luggage?
You should tell in advance if you have more than one suitcase per person.
15Are the taxis licensed?
Yes, they are licensed.
16Do you provide receipt or invoice for the transfer?
Yes, it will be sent to you by email when the payment is completed.
17Do we need to prepay? How can I pay?
Yes, all transfers booking must be prepaid. We only accept payment through PayPal, a well-known, trusted, and secure way to make payments over the Internet. Yes, Cyprus taxi services are open 24 hours.
19Does the transfer stop en route?
No, all transfers are direct, from door to door. Your Taxi/Minibus driver will only stop in case of emergency.
20How long before should I book my transfer?
You should book your transfer the least 6 hours before the pickup time.
